The 4 star Chalet La Vigie is located at the entrance of the Valfréjus resort in Maurienne - Savoie. It is located in a very quiet area with a beautiful view over the valley and the Parc de la Vanoise.

 

The return on skis is possible at the Charmasson slope up to 100 meters from the chalet. The center of Valfréjus with all its shops, bars and restaurants is about 400 meters away.

 

This beautiful chalet in modern mountain style offers you all the necessary comfort to spend a wonderful summer or winter holiday with family or friends.

THE GROUND FLOOR OF THIS CHALET:

​

• Storage room for storing skis and/or bicycles, equipped with a bench for putting on and taking off ski boots as well as a shoe dryer.

• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

• Two bedrooms with 2 single beds (twin), one with washbasin and shower and the other with washbasin, bath-shower and toilet.

• One bedroom with bunk beds (sleeps 2), washbasin and shower.

• Separate toilet

THE 1st FLOOR:

​

• Large living room with open kitchen to dining area for 8 people, living room with sofas around a wood burner stove, TV corner (flat screen), DVD player and radio.

• The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge & freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, induction furnace and extractor hood.

• From the living room you have a fantastic unobstructed view thanks to the windows over the entire length and access to the west-facing balcony with a view over the valley, the Vanoise Massif and the Chavière glacier.

• The decoration in "Modern Mountain" style radiates a warm & cozy atmosphere.

Other practical information:

​

This chalet has electric underfloor heating and you can use the stored firewood to light the stove. Thanks to the TV & DVD player you can get international satellite channels, there is also a CD player with radio and a small collection of DVDs. A cot and/or high chair can be provided on request.

In the kitchen you will find a kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, fondue and raclette equipment, griddle. There is a wide range of crockery and glassware. In the utility room with washing machine and dryer you will also find an iron and ironing board, as well as a vacuum cleaner. All beds are very comfortable, electrically adjustable in two rooms and all have cozy duvets with pillows. Only small pets on request.

Included in the rent:

• Bed linen and towels (1 bath towel & 1 towel/person).

• Electricity & water.

• Wi-Fi internet

• Final cleaning, however the chalet must be left in good condition. To clean bathrooms and toilets yourself.

 

Not included in the rent:

• The tourist tax which is currently € 1.90/person from 18 years/night.

 • Breakfast, possibility of reservation (price on request).

 • Deposit: 750€ to be given at key collection and to be returned after departure. In case of damage, loss or breakage, the tenant must report any event before his departure. The damage assessment will be made on site and will be deducted from the deposit
