The chalet is situated in a very quiet area, less than 300m from the nearest chairlift, you can ski back to the chalet. The ski slope "Charmasson" next to the chalet is equipped with snow canons. The center of Valfréjus, with all its shops, bars and restaurants is about 500m.

 Pomme de Pin offers you all comfort:

GROUND FLOOR :

  • A large living / dining room with central Scandinavian stove, flat screen TV and DVD player

 

  • An open kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hobs, extractor hood, large refrigerator/freezer and washing machine

 

  • An entrance hall with skiboot dryer, separate WC

 

  • 1 bedroom with double bed (mattress 2 x 80 cm) with ensuite bathroom with bath and sink (sleeps 2).

 

  • A large balcony facing south and west, offering a spectacular view of the "National Vanoise Park" and the "Chavière" Glacier. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs.

FIRST FLOOR : 

 

  • 2 bedrooms with double bed and a single bed. Sleeps 3 per bedroom.

  • A large bedroom with double bed (2 pers).

 

  • Shower room with shower, sink and WC.

CELLAR:

 

  • A heated room for ski storage, snowboards, ski boots and bicycles. A private parking area for 3 cars in front of the chalet.
     

 

This cosy mountain chalet has a warm, welcoming atmosphere : enjoy eating with friends or family around the large table for a delicious raclette? This equipment, as well as DVDs for children, board games, puzzles etc. is part of the complete inventory

Further practical information:

 

La Pomme de Pin has electric underfloor heating and a Scandinavian wood stove.

1 large bag of firewood is included per week.

The chalet is fully furnished and equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware. You also will find: electric coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, electric mixer and knife, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, board games, fondue set, raclette appliances, hair dryer, baby cot, high-chair and barbecue. Duvets and pillows are provided. Pets on request.

Not included :

 

Bed linen and towels, can be reserved on demand (price on request).

Electricity: The electricity consumption is measured on arrival and departure.

The tourist tax is € 1.90 per person per stay and applies to persons over 12 years old.

Final cleaning, can also be booked on demand (price on request).

Deposit: € 500, to be paid upon arrival and refund on departure after checking with the presence of tenant. Any damage and/or breakage will be reported by the tenant before departure and the evaluation of the costs will then be agreed and handled on site.
